Individual Registration Form

For individuals and small groups not yet in a team, please sign up using this page and we will do our best to place you on a team. The fee may be be paid with a credit card online by clicking on the PayPal button once the form is complete, or by contacting us via phone at 250-898-7286 to work out a way to pay in person. To register a whole team, click here.

League fees of $60 for: Dodgeball, Floor Hockey and Indoor Soccer.

League fees of $50 for: Outdoor Soccer, Volleyball (any), Basketball, Flag Football, Ultimate Frisbee and Kickball.
